Meet Jake

Training changed my life , and I believe it can change yours.

I became a coach because I saw too many people feeling disconnected from their bodies, intimidated by fitness spaces, or stuck in cycles that didn’t serve them. My mission is to create an environment where strength feels empowering, movement feels accessible, and progress feels sustainable.

Jake is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist with nearly a decade of experience running his own coaching business.

But more than credentials, Jake is known for one thing:
meeting people where they are—and helping them move forward.

Jake's Approach

Jake doesn’t believe in cookie-cutter programs or pushing people past what their bodies are ready for.

Instead, he focuses on:

  • Proper movement and mechanics
  • Strength built progressively and intelligently
  • Adapting training to injuries, limitations, and real life
  • Long-term consistency over short-term hype

From training athletes chasing scholarships to working with clients in their 70s and 80s, Jake brings the same focus to every session: help you move better and get stronger safely.

Who Jake trains

  • High school athletes competing for D1 opportunities
  • Adults of all ages and fitness levels
  • Clients recovering from injuries
  • Individuals with physical limitations, including adaptive training needs

If you’ve ever felt intimidated by fitness—or frustrated by past experiences, Jake’s approach is supportive, motivating, and honest.

No yelling. No judgment. No shortcuts.
